Choir practice is Saturday at 4:00pm. Great Vespers begins at 5:00pm.
Three Hierarchs celebrates their patronal feast day this coming weekend. Vespers will be at 7:00pm on Friday. Orthros/Divine Liturgy is at 8:30am on Saturday.

There will be no Great Vespers this Saturday. Sunday Orthros and Divine Liturgy will be served by visiting clergy.
The funeral arrangements for Resa are as follows:
Sunday 3 - 7 PM: Visitation at St. Nicholas. Memorial service (Parastas) will begin at 7 PM.
After the Memorial service an all-night vigil will begin. There will be a sign-up sheet at church for those who wish to help with reading during the night.
Monday: If you wish to join the funeral procession please be at church at 10 AM. The procession will leave around 10:10. Burial is at Bailey Cemetery, CR 800N west of Route 45 and north of Tolono. The graveside service will begin at approximately 10:30. If you plan to go directly to the cemetery, please park well away from the grave site so the hearse can approach.
Following the graveside service, we will return to church for the Meal of Mercy.
Resa Ellison fell asleep in the Lord the afternoon of Sunday, January 3, 2010, after a two month illness.
The daughter of the V. Rev. James and Kh. Linda Ellison, Resa was admitted to Unity Hospital, Fridley, MN, on Sunday, November 8 after being diagnosed with H1N1 and an aggressive form of pneumonia. By November 18, her condition had become grave. Breathing with the assistance of a ventilator, she remained in an induced coma. In late December, she was transferred to the University of Minnesota Hospital, Minneapolis.
Resa was a graduate of Saint Vladimir's Seminary and was choir director at St. Mary’s Cathedral, Minneapolis.
The funeral service for Resa is at St. Mary’s Orthodox Cathedral in Minneapolis (17th Ave. NE & 5th St.) on Thursday, January 7 at 7pm, with visitation beginning at 5pm. There will be an all night vigil. Those interested in reading should contact St. Mary's Cathedral Office, 612.781.7667. Funeral Divine Liturgy is on Friday at 9am, followed by Parastas and luncheon.
Visitation is Sunday, January 10, at St. Nicholas Orthodox Church from 3-7pm, with Memorial service at 7pm. Interment is at Bailey Cemetery, Tolono, at 10:30am Monday. Luncheon to follow at St. Nicholas Church, Urbana.
Memorials will be directed to Hogar Rafael Ayau Orphanage in Guatemala via St. Mary’s or St. Nicholas Church.

Wednesday morning prayers and vespers are canceled for the 9th and the 16th.
On December 24 we will serve the Royal hours of the Nativity followed by the Vesperal Liturgy of St. Basil. The Hours will begin at 8:00am with the Vesperal Liturgy following immediately after.
That evening at 8:00pm we will serve Orthros and Divine Liturgy of Christmas.
